Stockport Retail Park extends free parking on evenings and Sundays

Stockport Retail Park, also known locally as the Peel Centre, has extended a promotional seasonal tariff, which includes FREE parking on evenings and Sundays.

The changes, which came into effect at the start of the year, means shoppers can now park for free from 5pm Monday to Friday, plus all day Sunday.

Daytime parking prices, Monday to Saturday, have also been reduced with shoppers being able to park for up to two hours for only £1 under the new tariff.

“Stockport Retail Park is a prominent retail destination within the heart of Stockport and we’re pleased to be able to extend our offer promotional parking throughout the summer. It’s the perfect opportunity to make the most of our wide range of stores, including a mix of fashion, homeware and lifestyle brands including Next, H&M, Toys R Us, New Look, TK Maxx and the newly opened Wilko store.”

Stockport Retail Park’s new car parking tariff are currently as follows:

Monday to Saturday

0 – 2hrs at £1
2 – 4hrs at £3.00
4 – 6hrs at £4.00
6 – 8hrs at £8.00 

FREE after 5:00pm Monday to Saturday

FREE on Sunday

One of the UK’s largest retail parks, Stockport Retail Park, located off the M60 motorway, is one of Manchester’s most accessible retail parks.

The mayor of Stockport officially opened the new Wilko store at Stockport Retail Park in October. Other brands at the popular retail park include GAP, New Look, TK Maxx, Argos, DFS, Boots, Frankie and Benny’s, KFC and Costa.
